Sunday, August 1, 2010. Mexico was great, Heath and his parents, and me and my parents all went to the Cancun area for a week and a half right after school got out. Mexico was great, the weather was great right up until the day we left! Got back and started my new job! I am now an Assistant Project Manager at Translations.

Wednesday, July 2, 2014. I, like a lot of people out there, am always looking for ways to use every scrap of my fresh fruits and veggies. When I say EVERY, I mean EVERY thing. Monday, November 29, 2010. My quest, though meant to be a culinary adventure of delight ended with me feeling much like an alchemist searching for gold. My efforts had failed, and I was left.
